Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us", "our", and "Miorisa" refer to both SSENSE LLC and Devaharsh Corporation.

Miorisa offers this Site, including all information, tools, and services available from this Site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks via our secure third-party payment processors (including PhonePe, RazorPay, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal).

Section 3 - Medical & Product Disclaimer

Miorisa provides natural hair, skin, and lip care products. The content on our Site is for informational purposes only and is not intended to substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Our products are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Because our products are formulated with natural ingredients, variations in color, texture, and scent may occur from batch to batch.
We highly recommend that you perform a patch test before incorporating any new product into your routine to ensure you do not have adverse allergic reactions.
Miorisa shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions or damages resulting from the use of our products.

Section 4 - Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Section 5 - Products and Inventory

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to our Return Policy (see Section 6).

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

Section 6 - Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

All of our products are made in small batches and hand-packaged to ensure the highest quality is maintained. Therefore, returns or exchanges will not be offered for the reason of general dissatisfaction. We take great pride in our quality control, but if an error occurs, we will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately. If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or if you have another serious concern regarding the condition of your received goods, you must follow these steps:

Email us a detailed note explaining the issue at hello@miorisa.com.
You must include clear photographic evidence of the damaged or defective item.
Your claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims made outside of this 48-hour window, or without photographic evidence, will not be honored.

Section 7 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this Site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Miorisa, SSENSE LLC, Devaharsh Corporation, and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

For users transacting with SSENSE LLC, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
For users transacting with Devaharsh Corporation, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
